How It Works

• Earn 5% store credits on every eligible purchase.
• During special promotional periods, enjoy upsized store credits (e.g., 10% store credit from Feb 14 - Feb 28 during launch).
• All new customers registering during the launch period will receive a SGD 14 store credit as a welcome bonus. This is valid from 14-28 Feb 2025.
• Existing customers will receive retrospective store credits for purchases made in the last 60 days (from Dec 1, 2025). Store credits or loyalty coupons will be assigned based on location. This is a one time update that will happen from 14-28 Feb.
• The credits and coupons are applied to customers' accounts 7 days post delivery date.

Eligibility & Requirements

• A minimum purchase of SGD 100 (for Singapore customers) or USD 200 (for international customers) is required to earn store credits.
• Store credits are non-transferable and linked to the email ID used for purchases.
• Shipping fees are not considered part of the purchase value for store credit.

How to Use Your Store Credits

For Singapore Customers

• Store credits are automatically applied at checkout on the next purchase.
• Customers cannot accumulate store credits for future use—they will be deducted automatically on the next order.

For International Customers

• Store credits will be issued in the form of discount coupons after each purchase.
• These coupons can be manually applied at checkout for discounts on future orders.

Validity of Store Credits

• Store credits and coupons expire 90 days after the date of delivery.
• They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

Additional Terms

• Xandro Lab reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.
