I seen the effects in 48+ hours, so no doubts over its potency. Taking it daily. Replaces my previous B & C vitamins from other brand. Also tried a multivitamin/minerals complex from other brand, but it made my body very heaty, and the poor packaging (all inside 1 packet) caused the tabs to mildew very rapidly under Singapores weather. From my research, seems that the high B12 (and various methylated content) did help me with feeling more well-rested with 7 hours sleep as good as when I had to take 8-9 hours for the same positive effects. As you can tell, its not realistic to keep sleeping in every day, so I am really thankful. Highly recommend Essential+ and Xandro products e. g. Magnesium, Ashwagandha.
